Strawberry Jungle Smoothie
We had an AMAZING Zumba Toning class last night! Everyone brought delightful energy and enthusiasm. I really enjoyed working out with such an amazing group!
I demoed my Strawberry Jungle Smoothie recipe after Zumba. I was told that you “can’t even taste the kale!” If you are just transitioning to green smoothies, try adding a fruit blend to mask the green flavor. You’ll be delightfully surprised!
2 cups filtered water or coconut water
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup kale
Blend at high speed in a blender for approximately 1 minute until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Enjoy!
